Terry Booysen
Terry is a director and co-founder of CGF Research Institute (Pty) Ltd. He has served most of his professional career in the SA financial services market where he fulfilled a number of senior management positions across the retail, commercial and corporate banking sectors at Barclays Bank Plc, Santam Bank, First National Bank and Nedcor Group.
Terry has been widely recognised for his thought leadership and innovative approach and as an independent executive consultant, he is sought after by the private and public sectors alike to assist rethink their business strategy and current business practices against the backdrop of business innovation and corporate governance. He gained international experience as an e-business strategy consultant at Electronic Trading Solutions and at IBM SA where he became Services Executive of Global Midmarket Business.

Gerhard Badenhorst
Plan delivery projects and serve client companies with business consulting services focusing on Human Capital Strategy Development, Human Capital Architecture Design, HR Business Processes Design, HR Data & Information Assessments; Responsible for all aspects of General Business Management such as Strategy, Budgeting and Control, People Management.
Achievement of deep integration of HR and HRIT (ERP) functionality using the Enterprise Architecture and Service Architecture concepts - using the Human Capital Architecture Framework and the derivative HR Business Process design metholology. Generate sales leads, prepare and present client presentations, review and sign-off on proposals, closing of sales.
Prof Eugene Cloete
Holds a MSc degree from the University of the Free State and a DSc from the University of Pretoria (UP). He is currently the Dean of the Science at the University of Stellenbosch. He is currently the chairman of the IWA South African National committee and immediate past Vice – president of IWA International. In 2005 he was appointed as the Chairman of the IWA Strategic Council for a term of office for 3 years.
Prof Cloete is the inventor of 8 patents of which 4 are international. In 2005 he received a THRIP Excellence award for one of these patents pertaining to Biofilm monitoring as a technology benefiting a SMME during 2004.
He has published 111 scientific papers (37 during the past 3 years) in leading Science Citation Index journals. He has edited four books of which 3 have been published internationally.
Prof Cloete has acted as a Keynote Speaker on 10 occasions at international conferences. Over and above this he has made numerous oral presentations (97) and poster presentations (82) at national and international symposia and conferences.
46 MSc and 17 PhD students have completed their studies under his leadership. Of these 30 were black MSc candidates and 5 black PhD candidates. On 23 occasions he acted as an external examiner for students from all over the world. He is also an external examiner for undergraduate courses at UNISA and WITS University.
Dr Elmar de Wet
Dr Elmar de Wet has 20 years’ corporate experience, 12 of which have been spent at senior and executive management level. During his corporate career, he has formally been employed as a systems analyst, business analyst, management accountant, information technology manager, information manager, transformation manager, ICT strategist and head of strategic planning and analysis.
Apart from these functional responsibilities, he led the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to futuristic business aspirations, strategy implementation, organisational change and transformation. He managed the re-engineering of business processes, the development and implementation of organisational performance measurement systems and mergers/incorporations. Many of these outputs were accomplished leading internal consulting teams including external consultants from Anderson, Gemini, Markinor and KPMG.
He has extensive experience in the areas of strategy, business development, organisational transformation, performance measurement, HR management and development, and project management. He holds an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch and a DBA from the University of Bath (UK).
